Before dispatch

OpticsWorld Europe shows the checkout market, currency and eligible delivery countries before payment. Stock state, back-order notes and any support checks should be reviewed before the order is submitted.

Delivery method and timing

The order desk confirms the practical delivery route after checkout where specialist optics, batteries, mounts, restricted destinations or courier limits need an extra check. Tracking details are sent when available.

  • Delivery country must match the selected market
  • Remote-area or restricted-item handling may require support confirmation
  • Tracking is provided after dispatch where the carrier supplies it

EU delivery is DDP

EU orders are delivered DDP. Destination VAT is collected at checkout, and Optics World covers any import VAT, customs duty and carrier customs-clearance fees. The customer will not be asked to pay again when the parcel enters the destination country, even if stock is dispatched from the UK.
